Hiza. Yes, I’m back in Michigan, and the fall semester is underway. What can I say, other than it’s going to be rough. 5 classes (18 credit hours), all required to graduate. Here’s what I’m taking:
Lumped-parameter Linear System
Biology 111
Electronic Materials & Devices
Fiction
Spanish 114
I wonder if I can fit any Cedar Point trips in. If the homework stays where it’s at already, 2 days into the term, I’m probably going to get one or two chances at it. Either that or just take Saturday to go, and cram in homework and such on Sunday. Last year I stayed down there for closing weekend, and I’d like to do that again this year. Sort of my “goodbye” to the park.
I participated in Saturday’s siren test, and it was nice to work with others again on that. It was good seeing George (K8GEO) again as well. This Wednesday is the ARPSC meeting, and I’ll see about helping at some upcoming activities in the area. I already feel cooped up in my apartment from all the studying I’ve done, so it’ll be nice to get out and do something other than go to class.
While in Washington, I drove all of 1300 miles. This is 6200 less than I should have for this period. Not that I’m on a mission to make up for it, but I’ve already gone roughly 500 miles since I’ve been back (one week).
I’m curious how many read this. Take a quick second to reply to this post just to say, “Yep, I’m reading,” and if you’d like what you think the update interval should be. I imagine right now it’s too long between posts, but I’d like to know what those reading think.
